CARIBOU – Yvonne Anderson, 95, wife of the late Vernon Anderson, passed away January 18, 2017 at Presque Isle following a long illness. She was born in Grand Falls, NB, Canada, June 16, 1921 the daughter of the late Joseph and Lena (Poitras) Theriault. Mrs. Anderson was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She is survived by one sister Ida McCarthy and a brother and sister-in-law, Clayton and Judy Gillespie all of Grand Falls, NB, a sister-in-law Therese Theriault of Blue Mountain Bend, NB, several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Anderson was predeceased by her husband, a sister Marie, a brother Richard “Boy” Theriault, and a brother-in-law, Vernon. Friends may call at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 9am until time of services which will be held at 10am from the chapel of the funeral home with Fr. Alexander Doss, officiating. Interment will be in the New Holy Rosary Cemetery, Caribou.
