WOODLAND – Willis M. Brown, 85, died June 25, 2022 at the Aroostook House of Comfort in Presque Isle. He was born in Hartland, New Brunswick, Canada, February 26, 1937 the son of the late Henry and Muriel (Burtt) Brown. Willis served for 4 years in the United States Navy. He then worked for over twenty years for the Aroostook Valley Railroad, and then for the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad from which he retired. Willis is survived by his wife of 61 years, Pauline (Knowlton) Brown of Woodland, and their daughter Wendy Brown of Florida. He was predeceased by his siblings, Harold Brown, Phyllis Brown Powrozek, and Geraldine Brown Englund. A private family interment will take place in the Fairview Cemetery, Perham.
