Vernon G. Jalbert, 84, died May 25, 2025 at the Maine Veterans Home in Caribou following a brief illness. He was born August 29, 1940 in Caribou, the son of the late Narcisse and Odile (Theriault) Jalbert. He attended Caribou High School, and then served in the United States Marine Corps. He married Jean Ann Riendeau on March 12, 1965.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Jalbert of Caribou, a daughter, Marie Vaughan, sons, Gary Jalbert of Augusta and Wayne Jalbert of Springfield, MA.
Graveside services with military honors will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025 at 1PM at the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery, 36 Lombard Road, Caribou.
