Stockholm – Gary Ervin Sweeney, 67, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at the Aroostook House of Comfort from brain cancer.
Gary was an avid outdoorsman who spent much of his time in nature. His favorite areas included Blackstone Siding, Big and Little Madawaska Lake, Square Lake and Alaska.
Gary enjoyed a good hand of SCAT and the comradery of the Stockholm Social Club. He will be truly missed by the remaining members.
Predeceased by his parents, Ervin and Laura (Plourde) Sweeney. Survived by his wife of 30 years, Kim and two step-children, Adam and Jessica.
No Services will take place, as Gary requested, but I do appreciate your love and support during this difficult time.
