Susan A. Thibodeau

CARIBOU – Susan Ann Thibodeau, 72, died June 22, 2022 at Caribou following a period of declining health. She was born in Caribou, April 22, 1950 the daughter of Woodrow and Gladys (Scott) Staples. Susan graduated from Caribou High School, and then worked as a Laboratory Technician for 50 years – first at Cary Memorial Hospital and then at Cary Medical Center. She was a member of the Caribou Ladies Extension, and was a member and Past-President of the Caribou Lioness Club. Susan will be remembered as a hard worker, and as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Guy Thibodeau of Caribou, are her son, Bradley Thibodeau of Connor Township, her sister, June Ward, three grandchildren, Aubrey, Cacey, and Braeden Thibodeau, four great-grandchildren, Eowyn, Narah, Emerson and Emeill. She was predeceased by her parents, and by a sister, Donna Staples Parkinson.
Graveside services will be held at the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery, Lombard Road, Caribou, on July 5, 2022 at 12 Noon. Fellowship and refreshments will follow at the Parish of the Precious Blood Holy Rosary Parish Center. Arrangements by Mockler Funeral Home.
