Caribou-Stella M. Gauvin, 81 died August 30, 2022 at Caribou. She was born in Caribou November 18, 1940, the daughter of the late Albert and Mary (Roix) St. Peter. Stella married Roland Gauvin in 1964. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and more recently Holy Rosary. Surviving in addition to her husband of 58 years, Roland of Caribou are three sons; Randy Gauvin of Caribou, Danny Gauvin and wife Leanna of Dale City, VA., and Timmy Gauvin and wife Keiko of Peach Tree, GA., her beloved grandchildren; Caitlyn and Bryce Roix and Arisa and Erica Gauvin. One brother Leo St. Peter and wife Jeannette of Caribou. Two sisters. Brenda Patterson and husband Lawrence of Fort Fairfield and Rita Ruffin of California. Her son in law Tim Roix of Washburn, a sister in law Josephine St. Peter of Caribou. Several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Gauvin was predeceased by her daughter Lee Ann Roix and a brother Wilfred St. Peter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from the Parish of the Precious Blood, Holy Rosary Catholic Church 10:00 am Tuesday September 6, 2022 . Interment will in the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery. Following the services all are invited to a time of continued fellowship and refreshments at the parish center.
