WOODLAND - Robbin Ann McDougal, 59, passed away peacefully with her daughter and best friend, Bridget Webb by her side February 17, 2023 at The Aroostook House of Comfort in Presque Isle after a battle with cancer. Robbin was born April 11, 1963 in Fort Fairfield, ME the daughter of the late Frederick Sr. and Barbara Moirs. She married Leo McDougal Jr on July 7, 1990, and he predeceased her on August 24, 2022. Robbin’s weekdays were filled with lunch dates and shopping with her friends. She looked forward to her weekends living the simple life, when she could spend time with her husband and family. She enjoyed BBQs, 4 wheeling, maintaining her flowers and especially loved the days she could be swimming in her pool.
Robbin is survived by her son Thomas Gamblin and wife Sara of Perth Andover, NB, her daughter Jessie Gamblin and partner Jeff Grant of Woodstock, NB, her stepson John Mcdougal and wife Angelica of Chandler, AZ, her grandchildren Benjamin and Savannah Gamblin, Maverick Grant, Jack and Matthew McDougal, her siblings Frederick Moirs Jr. and wife Victoria, Darcie Moirs, Shelly Proulx and husband Walter and Chuck Moirs along with several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou from 2PM until time of services which will be held at 3PM from the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will be held in the spring at Woodland Cemetery.
