Richard E. Theriault, 76, died July 20, 2025 at the Maine Veteran’s Home in Caribou. He was born in Caribou, November 18, 1948 the son of the late Alfred and Alice (Hunter) Theriault. Richard served in the United States Army during Vietnam and was employed by several area potato farmers and carpenters. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Fitzherbert Theriault, of Caribou, two sons, Daniel Bouchard of Fort Fairfield, and Scott Saucier of New Hampshire, one daughter, Teeka Plummer of Rockville, CT, brothers, Larry Theriault of Portland, Gary Myrick of Mississippi, and Michael Theriault of Arizona, sisters, Beverly Carney of Missouri, Phyllis Hall of Mississippi, Christine Couturier of Portland, and Cindy Theriault of Caribou, his grandchildren, Taylor, Andrew, Evan and Dani Bouchard, Zoey, Daisy and Kaula Plummer, and Braden Bragg, great-grandchildren, Carter Labreck, Paisley and Alley McEwen. He was predeceased by his parents, a son, Shawn Saucier, and brothers, Alfred, Ron and Douglas Theriault.
Graveside services with military honors will be held Monday, July 28, 2025 at 11AM at the New Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery.
