Brandon Rand

Caribou-Brandon Rand, 19, died unexpectedly November 2, 2019 at his Caribou residence. He was born in Portland August 19, 2000, the son of Nicholas Rand Jr and Angela (Soucier) Violette. Brandon was a 2018 graduate of the Caribou Alternative Ed program. He was currently employed at Tim Horton’s in Caribou and took great pride in his work and truly enjoyed his co-workers.  He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Angela and Jeffrey Violette and his father Nicholas Rand Jr and fiancé Leslie Curtis, all of Caribou, his brother Nathan Rand, a stepbrother, Jacob Violette and two stepsisters, Abbey Violette and Clarice Leavitt all of Caribou. His grandparents, Bonnie Soucier, Debra and Carlin Ackerman and Nicholas Rand Sr., cousins, Tatum, Tyler and Brianna,   A special Aunt Jennifer Soucier and Uncle Rancie McBreairty. as well as his stepfamily Daniel and Anne Violette and family and very special friends Courtney Libby and Shawn Schneiderat. Brandon was predeceased by his grandfather Paul Soucier. Friends may visit with the family at the Mockler Funeral Home 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, Saturday November 9, 2019 from 11 am until time of services which will be held at 1:00pm from the chapel funeral home. Interment will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Presque Isle.
