Albert (Bert) Ouellette

Caribou – Albert “Bert” Joseph Ouellette, 78, died September 9, 2021 at Eagle Lake. He was born in Caribou June 27, 1943, the youngest son of Albenie and Anne “Sophie” (Michaud) Ouellette. He was a graduate of Caribou High School as well as Northern Maine Technical College. He worked for several years at Big L, S.W. Collins and Lepage Bakery. Bert played high school basketball and was a little league coach. He was a die-hard Red Sox fan and card player. Bert is survived by his wife Linda, of Caribou, 2 sons, Jason Ouellette of Locke, New York, and Bobby Ouellette of Avon, Ct., a step-daughter, Tina Davidson of Woodland, 6 grandchildren, Meagan, Amanda, Jacob, Parker, Cooper and Joel Ouellette and 3 step-granddaughters, Heather West, Malinda Gaudette and Alexis Buck, sister Leona Chassie of Caribou and sister-in-law Linda Ouellette. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by 16 brothers and sisters and his in-laws, Lionel and Doris Blanchette. The family would like to give special thanks to Mercy Home and to Cary Medical Center for the wonderful care given to Bert.
