GRAND ISLE – Oliva Beauprè, 86, wife of the late Guy J. Beauprè, passed away August 26, 2017 at Caribou. She was born in St. Jacques, New Brunswick, Canada, on March 19, 1931 the daughter of Medley and Marie-Anne (Roy) Bosse. Oliva, worked alongside her husband Guy, owning and operating Allen’s Café in Grand Isle. She is survived by her son, Alan Beauprè and wife Gail (Lagassè) Beauprè of St. David, and her daughter Gail Margie Beauprè of Grand Isle, a brother, Chanel Bosse, a sister, Gilberte Landry and two special grandchildren, Alex and Faith Beauprè. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Fernand Bosse, and a granddaughter, Samantha Beauprè. Services will held at a later date.
