Matthew P. Gagne, 29, died unexpectedly on May 8, 2024 in Blaine. He was born in Leominster, Massachusetts, November 9, 1994. Matt attended the Caribou Schools and was employed with the Maine Department of Transportation as a truck driver. In his younger years Matt attended the Caribou Assembly of God. Many will remember him as a jokester who was always the life of the party. He loved to climb rocks and ride dirt bikes. Matt is survived by his mother, Charlynn Boucher, siblings, Bryan LaPointe, Peter Gagne, Kaylee Gagne and fiancé James Coy, and Rebecca Powers, a special friend he considered family, Ed Theriault. He is also survived by his beloved nieces and nephews, Princeton, Ellis, Callia, Alethea, Ariana, Braxton, Camry, Tessa, Grace, Chloe. He will also be sadly missed by his canine companion Tucker, who was his world. Matthew was predeceased by his brother Michael Gagne. Private family services will be held at a later date.
