WASHBURN – Lendal P. Mills Jr., 57, died February 26, 2022 at Bangor following a brief illness. He was born in Woodland, June 14, 1964, the son of the late Lendal and Philys (Cochran) Mills Sr. Lendal was a graduate of Washburn High School, and was employed by Irving Farms for over 30 years. He loved farming, and truly enjoyed the outdoors including hunting, fishing, and riding ATV and snowmobile. He is survived by his three sons, Leigh Mills, Andrew Mills, and Michael Mills, all of Presque Isle, one brother Philip Mills of Washburn, 4 sisters, Lynn Morales of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Martha Bouchey of Woodland, Norine Bishop of Sidney, and Lorna Redmond of Pace, FL, five grandchildren, Dominick, Bryce and Kayleigh Mills, and Zachery and Abel Miles, several nieces and nephews. Friends may visit with the family Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, from 11:00AM until time of services which will be held at 1:00PM from the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will be in the spring at Evergreen Cemetery.
