Caribou and Presque Isle-Lucinda Jean Green, 70 passed away December 3, 2015 at Presque Isle following a long illness. She was born in Caribou July 9, 1945 the daughter of the late Willard and Phyllis (Finnemore) Chapman. Jeannie was a 1963 graduate of Caribou High School and in June of that same year she married Roy Green. She was employed as an OR Tech at Cary Medical Center for a number of years. Surviving in addition to her husband of over 52 years, Roy of Presque Isle are two sons; Jeffery Green and partner Michael Strout of Tucson, Az. and Mitchell Green and wife Sheila of Caribou. Five grandchildren; Andrew Overton, Kayla Wark and her special friends Ryan and Trina, Josh Merchant, and Dustin and Emma Roy Green. Three great grandchildren, Aubrie and Austin Overton and Isaac Merchant, a special niece Lisa Gorney and her son in law Graham Wark of Treasure Lake, PA. Mrs. Green was predeceased by a daughter Beth Ann Wark and a brother Garnet Chapman. Private family services will be held at the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery.
