Linda M. Ouellette

CARIBOU – Linda May Ouellette, 75, died October 12, 2022 at her Caribou residence following a brief illness. She was born in Caribou, March 22, 1947, the daughter of Lionel and Doris (Ouellette) Blanchette. Linda was a Caribou High School graduate, and worked as a store manager for Orono Thriftway, and also worked at Sleeper’s and the Caribou Motor Inn. Mrs. Ouellette was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, and of the Lioness Club.

Linda was predeceased by her husband of Albert “Bert” Ouellette in September 2021, a son, Gary West in October 1965, and a brother Raymond Blanchette in May 2014. She is survived by her daughter, Tina Davidson and husband Scott of Woodland, siblings, Dianne Ligon and husband Don of Yorktown, VA, Donald Blanchette and wife Cindy of Woodland, Mary Ann Adams and husband Stan of Hendersonville, TN, grandchildren, Heather Keaton, Malinda Keaton, and Alexis Buck and partner Kara, great-grandchildren, Charlotte Diner, Sailor Buck, Keegan Bernache, and Attison Keaton, sisters-in-law, Nicky West of Limestone, Leona Chassie of Caribou, Alice Blanchette, of Yorktown, VA, and Linda Ouellette of Presque Isle, a brother-in-law, Paul West of Limestone, 2 step-sons, Jason Ouellette of Locke, NY, and Bobby Ouellette of Avon, CT, 6 step-grandchildren, Meagan, Amanda, Jacob, Parker, Cooper and Joel Ouellette, and the father of her children, Galen West.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Linda and Albert will be celebrated 1PM Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the Parish of the Precious Blood Holy Rosary Catholic Church. The family requests that those attending please wear a face mask. Interment will follow in the Old Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery.
