Leigh P. Thompson

Woodland – Leigh P. Thompson, 76, died February 1, 2024 at Presque Isle. He was born in Caswell, March 21, 1947 the son of the late Van and Levina (True) Thompson. He married Gloria Goodine on February 18, 1967. Mr. Thompson was employed as a custodian for the Caribou School Department for over 32 years. Surviving in addition to his wife of over 56 years, Gloria, of Woodland, are one son, Michael Thompson and significant other, Cheryl Brissette of Woodland, one daughter, Karen Page and husband Fred Page of Presque Isle, two brothers, Gary Thompson of Limestone and Delmar Thompson of CT, one sister, Charlene Oliver, of TX, seven grandchildren, Caleb Thompson, Curtis Thompson, Kody and Brittany Brissette, Frederick Page IV, Katherine Page, and Rebecca Donovan, several nieces and nephews. Mr. Thompson was predeceased by an infant daughter, Laura Lee. Per Leigh’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
