Laurette Turcotte

CASWELL - Laurette Beaulieu Turcotte, 94, passed away March 5, 2022 in Caswell. She was born August 24, 1927, in South Berwick, Maine, and grew up in Squatec, Quebec; the daughter of Theophile and Alice (Morin) Beaulieu. Laurette retired from Mecon in Caribou in 1992. She enjoyed her pets, gardening, mowing her lawn, sewing, crafting and knitting socks for her family and friends. She married Romeo Turcotte of Caswell in Nov. 10, 1952. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother to her family. Surviving are two sons, Gerard Turcotte and his significant other, Sally O’Neil, of Woodland and Marcel Turcotte of Lewiston; two daughters, Anita St.Peter and her husband, John, of Caribou and Lina Simonu and her husband, David, of Connecticut; 2 brothers Albert and Bertrand; and 4 sisters Gertrude Ouellette, Louise Ouellette, Adelina Beaulieu, and Marie Beaulieu; all living in Canada and one grandson, Kevin Turcotte of Carnation, WA. Interment will take place at St. Louis Catholic Cemetery in the spring.
