John P. St. Peter

John P. St. Peter, 69, died May 25, 2022 in Van Buren after a long period of declining health. He was born in Caribou, March 16, 1953 the son of Chester and Laura (Labreck) St. Peter. He attended the Caribou Schools and was employed by many area potato processing plants as a packaging mechanic. John was an avid fisherman who loved to fish and canoe. He also loved to star gaze, do yard work, and grow a vegetable garden. He was predeceased by his parents, Chester and Laura, and a sister, Betty Curtis. John leaves behind his devoted and loving wife, Anita Turcotte St. Peter, who will miss him very much. Anita would like to thank all those at Borderview Rehabilitation and Living Center who took such good care of John for the past 6 years. As John requested, there will be no services.
