WASHBURN – James S. Burtt, 80, passed away April 14, 2017 at Bangor. He was born in Presque Isle, December 24, 1936 the son of the late Sidney and Mildred (McLane) Burtt. He married Audrey Fogg. He was employed as a mechanic for McCain Foods for many years. Surviving in addition to his wife of Washburn, are his children, Jerry Burtt and wife Gail of Washburn, Jeffery Burtt, Debbie Ireland and husband Terry, and Kevin and Lynn Burtt all of Caribou, Becky Doody and husband Mark of Perham, Judy Campbell and husband Ron of Washburn, and Jody Skidgel and husband Kendall of Florida, a sister, Jean Reed of Ohio, eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held at a later date.
