Shelly Hewitt

Caribou-Shelly “Gigi” Hewitt, 54 died October 20, 2018 at the Aroostook House of Comfort surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Presque Isle May 8, 1964 the daughter of Robert and Patricia (Cyr) Philbrick. Shelly attended the Washburn Schools and was the director of Medical Group operations at Northern Light Health A.R. Gould Hospital for a number of years. Surviving in addition to her parents of Washburn are her daughter Katelyn Hewitt of Caribou, a sister and brother in law Sue and Stan Pettegrow of Orrington, a brother Dean Philbrick of Seabrook, N.H. Her two beloved grandchildren, Benjamin Hewitt and Joshua Irish. Several aunts and uncles including special aunts and uncles, Coleen and Dave O’Donnell of Port Angeles, WA., and Steve and Ellen Philbrick of S.Harpswell. Several nieces, nephews and cousins. Ms. Hewitt was predeceased by her son Kyle in 2015. Friends may visit with the family at the Mockler 24 Reservoir Street Caribou12:00 noon Saturday October 27, 2018 until time of services which will be held at 1:00pm with Rev.
