Gordon I. Beaupre, 76, died July 1, 2026 at his Caribou residence following a period of declining health. He was born in Caribou, October 7, 1949 the son of the late Ivan and Yvonne (Cote) Beaupre. Gordon was a 1967 graduate of Caribou High School, and married Sandra Caron on October 8, 1976. He owned and operated G and S Auto Service in Caribou for many years, and retired from the Maine Military Authority at Loring. Gordon was a longtime member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and of the Caribou Country Club. Gordon was especially proud of his 1934 Ford pickup that he and his son restored. He loved taking it for rides. He is survived by his son, Shawn Beaupre and wife Jane of Caribou, one brother, Wayne Beaupre of Caribou, two sisters, Barbara Hebert of Connor, and Elaine Beaupre of Caribou, several nieces and nephews. Mr. Beaupre was predeceased by his wife, Sandy in 2020, and siblings Conrad Beaupre, Donald Beaupre, Joyce Paquin and Germaine Dickinson.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 from 9:00AM until 10:30AM at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1143 Van Buren Road, Caribou. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. A time of continued fellowship and refreshments will be held following the services in the parish hall.
