Galen P. Doody

Caribou and Worcester MA.- Galen P. Doody 64, died February 29, 2020 at a Clinton Massachusetts hospital following a brief period of declining health. He was born in Caribou, July 27, 1955 the son of Philip and Beatrice (Gahagan) Doody. He was a graduate of Caribou High School. Galen was employed by L.C. Willard in Caribou for several years, prior to moving to the Worcester area where he was employed by Home Depot for many years. Galen very much enjoyed living and boating on Lake Quinsiganond and barbecuing on his beautiful deck. 

Surviving in addition to his father of Caribou are his two sisters, Laura Lee Doody of Titusville, Fl., and Donna Fields and husband Brian of Caribou. His nephews, Chris Otis and wife Angie and their children, Logan and Angelina, and Ben Fields and wife Simona and their children, JoJo and Caitlin. His niece, Leslie Otto and her son Henrik. Special friends Joey, Dan, Glenn ,and Bobby. Galen was predeceased by his mother Beatrice in 2011. Friends may call at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Stree,t Caribou Thursday March 5, 2020 from 6-8 pm . A time of family remembrance will be held at 7:45 pm. Spring interment will be in the Woodland Cemetery.
