NEW SWEDEN – Eric L. Lagasse, 73, died September 9, 2022 at his New Sweden residence following a period of declining health. He was born in Caribou, July 15, 1949 the son of Alderic and Mabel (Landry) Lagasse. Eric is survived by his brother, Wallace Lagasse of Eagle Lake, and his sister, Mary Tustin of Pennsylvania, several nieces and nephews. Eric was predeceased by his parents, and by 4 brothers, Rosaire, Gilman, Llewellyn and Bertrand. Interment will take place at a later date at the Old Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery, where he will be interred with his parents.
