Elizabeth Zernicke

CARIBOU and PRESQUE ISLE – Elizabeth Zernicke, 86, passed away July 29, 2019 at Caribou. She was born February 3, 1933 in Restigouche, New Brunswick, Canada to the late Abraham and Mary Caplin. Elizabeth was a self-employed seamstress in the area for many years. Mrs. Zernicke was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Zernicke Sr., her sister, Mary Lou Caporatta, and a son, Kenneth Zernicke Jr. Elizabeth is survived by two sons, Joseph Bourgoine of Stockholm and Jeffrey Zernicke of Presque Isle, 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held at a later date.
