Eddie J. Bishop

CARIBOU – Eddie J. Bishop, 77, died unexpectedly July 5, 2024 at a Caribou hospital. He was born in Caribou, December 21, 1946 the son of the late Edward St. Peter and Zella Bishop. Eddie attended Caribou schools. He married Shirley Caron on October 14, 1993. Eddie was a caretaker at the Evergreen Cemetery for a number of years, and for the past 16 years was a truck driver for Trombley Ready Mix. Eddie loved spending time with family and friends and especially enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Surviving in addition to his wife Shirley of Caribou, are his children, Mack and Lori Bishop of Fort Fairfield, Joe and Cathy Morin of Washburn, Scott Bishop of Caribou, Kimberly Trombley and husband James of Oakland, Vicki Whitmore of Anson, and Sandra Brayall of Winterport, two brothers, Avon Brown of Presque Isle, and Phil Trombley of Caribou, two sisters, June Churchill of Washburn, Barb Hawke of Pennsylvania, 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou on Wednesday July 10, 2024 from 12 Noon until time of services which will be held at 1PM from the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Javed Siddiqui officiating. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
