NEW SWEDEN – Douglas A. Larson, 78, died August 29, 2020 at Caribou. He was born in Worcester, MA, February 27, 1942, the son of the late Arthur and Estella (Ware) Larson. Douglas was employed at Birdseye Foods and then for many years was a heavy equipment operator at Brescia and Soderberg Construction Companies. He is survived by one brother, Brian Larson and wife Barbara of Lilburn, GA, two sisters, Joan Levesque and husband Maurice of Little Madawaska Lake, Sharon Anderson and husband Scott of Fairfax Station, VA, many nieces and nephews. Mr. Larson was predeceased by a brother Robert. Private graveside services will be held at New Sweden Cemetery.
