Donna Rae Foote

WASHBURN – Donna Rae (Stairs) Foote, 81, passed away November 25, 2019 at Presque Isle. She was born in Washburn, January 30, 1938 the daughter of the late Lillian A. (Myshrall) and Harry Stairs. Donna Rae was a graduate of Washburn High School, and graduated from beauty school. She was employed as a hairdresser in both Maine and Florida. On April 7, 1956 she married Donald Foote who predeceased her in 2016. She enjoyed moving around, and especially enjoyed her time in Maine and Massachusetts. Donna Rae is survived by her daughter, Martina Dow and husband John of Washburn, and her son, Harry Foote and wife Brenda of AZ, grandchildren, John Dow Jr., Erik and Joel Foote, as well as 8 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at the Crouseville Cemetery in the spring.
