CARIBOU- Daryl C. McCubrey, 66, passed away April 6, 2023 in North Port, Florida. He was born in Caribou, Maine on March 8, 1957 the son of Gerald and Edwina (Hale) McCubrey. Daryl was predeceased by his parents, and his older brother, Quentin. He is survived by his sister, Belinda (Lindy), his twin brother Duane, a sister-in-law, Jackie, and nieces and nephews, Steven, Janis, Charles, Amanda, and Melinda along with great nieces and nephews.
Daryl was a graduate of Caribou High School, Class of 1975. He spent most of his life living on the family farm in Caribou and the last several years in Florida enjoying warmer winter weather with his sister. Daryl enjoyed woodworking, fishing, four wheeling, camp fires, and spending time at the family camp at Cross Lake.
Daryl did not wish to have a service of any kind and would have wanted a donation to any animal rescue in his memory.
