Erlene Cheviot

WOODLAND – Erlene Marie Cheviot, 87, passed away on September 28, 2023 after an extended illness. She was born in Caribou, February 1, 1936 the daughter of Jasper and Willa (Thompson) Cote. She is survived by her daughter Eileen (David) Cyr, her sons, Timothy (Roberta) Cheviot, and James (Kim) Cheviot; her grandchildren Katie (Shane) Cyr, Lori (Kevin) Smith, Ashley Cheviot, Chloe Cheviot, and Hayley Cheviot, Cody (Tasha) Cheviot, and Alexandria Cheviot; great-grandchildren, Landon and Shane Smith, Jackson Cheviot; her siblings, Dolores Cote, Lula Johnston, and Lue (Merleen) Cote, and a sister-in-law, Shirley Cote.

Erlene is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, her brothers, George and Melvin, and a sister, Mona. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Caribou Rehab and Nursing Center for the exceptional care they gave to Erlene. A private interment will be held at the Woodland Cemetery.
