Carol Ann Gauvin

Carol Ann Gauvin, 81 died March 29, 2026 at Caribou. She was born in Biddeford December 27, 1944 the daughter of the late Kenneth and Evelyn (Langley) Lewis. Carol married Robert Gauvin February 23, 1963 and he predeceased her November 15, 2017. She was a CNA for several years and then furthered her career as a phlebotomist at Cary Medical Center for a number of years. Carol enjoyed golfing with her husband, especially at Aroostook Valley Country Club. She is survived by two daughters and a son in law; Bobbie Gauvin and Sheila and Rod Smith all of Caribou. Siblings Kenneth Lewis Jr. and wife Penny of Lake Wales Fl., Terry Lewis and wife Gail of Gray, Michael Lewis and wife June of Poland Spring, Arelene Mariner and husband Randy of Lakeville, Sherry Harmon and husband Richard of Livermore and Lori LeBlanc and husband Michael of Auburn. Several nieces and nephews. 5 grandchildren, Zachary Robert Smith, Benjamin Lee Smith, Chelsea LeBlanc Rodriguez, Charlien Rose Burson Foley and Abbigale Eve Gauvin; 3 great-granddaughters, Annabelle Rae Smith, Izzadora Grace St. Peter and Rosemary June St. Peter, One great grandson, John David Foley. Graveside services will be held at a later date at the Evergreen Cemetery, Caribou.
