MADAWASKA LAKE - David Carlson, 70, died November 21, 2022 in Madawaska Lake. David was born August 24, 1952 in Caribou, ME the son of Carl H. Carlson Sr. and Loueen (Trone) Carlson.
He graduated from Limestone High School and the University of Maine at Gorham. He worked for the Maine Coast Guard in food services and traveled around the world. He later worked for other food services in both Maine and New Hampshire. He was an avid outdoors men and sports fan especially the Boston Red Sox. David recently moved from New Hampshire to Madawaska Lake.
He was preceded in death by both his parents and younger brother, Carl (Kim) Carlson, Jr. Surviving are his 4 sisters: Carol Carlson, Pottsville, PA, Lois Ketch (wife of Ward), Schuylkill Haven, PA, Gail Hildahl (wife of Stanley), Hemet, CA, and Susan Webb of South Hamilton, MA. Also 6 nephews and 2 nieces. A memorial service will be held in the spring.
