Larry D. Campbell

November 16, 1956 — March 1, 2019

Caswell-Larry Dean Campbell, 62 died March 1, 2019 at his Caswell residence. He was born in Elkhart Indiana, November 16, 1956 the son of the late Dean and Marjorie (King) Campbell. Larry was a graduate of Limestone High School. Following school, he traveled the country, working various roofing jobs. He then returned to Caswell, where he worked at the former Loring Air Force Base as well as Greg Bell Farms. “Soup” as he was affectionately known by many, loved being outside riding his four wheeler, fishing and hunting. He loved playing cribbage and cards with family and friends. He was quick witted and like to make others laugh. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, whether fixing things, cutting firewood or lending a tool, he was always there. He is survived by his daughter, Sarah Campbell and fiancé Jared Hitchcock of Presque Isle, his brother, Daniel Campbell of Limestone and sister, Donita Campbell of Caswell. A niece Audrey Pictou. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00am Friday March 8, 2019 from St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Hamlin. Interment will be in the St. Louis Cemetery Limestone. Following the service, all are invited to a time of continued fellowship refreshments in the parish dining hall.
