Caribou – Fernand Belanger, 56, died unexpectedly November 7, 2018 in Caribou. Fernand was born January 3, 1962, the son of the late Louis and Lillian (Gagnon) Belanger. He was a 1982 graduate of Fort Kent High School. Fernand is survived by his half-sister Angelina Michaud of Meridian, CT. Graveside services will be held Friday, September 13, 2019 at 11am in the St. Louis Catholic Cemetery, Fort Kent.
