Arlene L. Cholewa

Arlene L. Cholewa, 51, died unexpectedly February 13, 2024 in Presque Isle. She was born in Norwich, CT, September 21, 1972 the daughter of the late Robert and Barbara (House) Cholewa. Arlene was a graduate of Caribou High School, and was a stay-at-home mom to her 5 children. Arlene enjoyed knitting, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her 5 children, Scott Drost of Presque Isle, Cheryl Drost of Caribou, Justin Akerson, Beatrice York, and Tavia Akerson, her partner, Kathy York all of Presque Isle, 6 sisters, Lois, Robin, Barbara, Wendy, Teena, Melody, and 3 brothers, David, Richard, and Ricky, as well as 16 grandchildren. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, from 2PM until 4PM. A time of memory sharing will be held at 4PM.
