Caribou – Larnard T. “Lonnie” Adams, 73, died November 7, 2023 at his Caribou residence. He was born in Providence, Rhode Island, November 2, 1950 the son of Herbert and Virginia (Parkinson) Adams. Lonnie attended Caribou High School, and was a long haul truck driver for 38 years. On July 7, 1979 he married Diana C. LaCombe, and together they shared 44 years of marriage. Lonnie is survived by his loving wife, Diana C. Adams, children, Matthew Adams and partner Missy Ham of Caribou, Mark Adams of New Hampshire, Jenny Adams of Livermore Falls, and Rebecca Adams of New Brunswick, grandchildren, Adam and Kylie Tavares of Auburn, Parker Smith of Mechanic Falls, and Conner Adams of New Hampshire, one brother, Paul Adams and wife Karen of Florida, a special sister-in-law, Lynne Adams, and close friends, Roger and Patty Cyr, Carl and Penny Olson, and Mildred Bishop all of Caribou, and his many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by siblings, Virginia Hildebrant, Marshal Adams, Dale Adams, Herbert M. Adams III, and Phyliss Brown.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Monday, November 13, 2023 from 11AM until time of services which will be held at 12PM from the chapel of the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, with Pastor Ron Rosser officiating. Private interment will be held in the Woodland Cemetery. Those who wish to contribute in memory of Lonnie are asked to consider a donation to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
