Caleb B. Ewing
CARIBOU – Caleb Brian Ewing, 29, died August 5, 2021 in Kittery, the result of a motor vehicle accident. Caleb was born in Presque Isle, September 1, 1991, and was raised in Caribou, attended Caribou Schools and was a 2009 graduate of Caribou High School. Caleb was a hardworker, and especially enjoyed the last 6 years working for N. S. Giles Foundations. At Giles he truly found a work family, and was proud to be a team lead. Caleb was blessed with a daughter, Sophia, and will be remembered as a dedicated family man. He is survived by his parents, Anna Hale and husband Robert, and father, Brian Ewing and wife Darlene, all of Caribou, his daughter, Sophia Ewing of St. Francis, his beloved fiance, Tori Doucette of Presque Isle, his grandmother, Leah Mazerolle and husband Wayne of Limestone, step-sisters, Erin Huckins of Caribou and Carrie Caldwell of Easton, Tori’s siblings (whom he was looking forward to having as in-laws), Kristi Rand and husband Joshua, and Colby Doucette, as well as his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his silver lab, Zeke. Caleb will also be missed by his many friends too numerous to name, including, Tim O’Bar, Chris Stairs, Erik Anderson, Keith Brown, and Ethan Rossignol. He was predeceased by grandparents, Irene and Joseph (Si) Morey, and Colby Ewing, and Tori’s parents, Louis Doucette Jr. and Corinne Dionne. Friends may visit with the family at the Framework Church, 384 Centerline Road, Presque Isle, on Saturday, August 14, 2021, from 11am until time of services which will be held at 12pm.

My deepest sympathy for your loss of Caleb. I enjoyed him very much as a student, and it was wonderful to follow his journey as an adult. My heart breaks for all of you.
